This winter, employees from 20 BPS Supply Group locations all pitched in to reach their goal of $2,500 to help 65 children in foster care.
BPS manufactures pipes, valves, gaskets, and more. They are headquartered in Bakersfield and have over fifty years of experience in their field.
When BPS decided to help local kids, they were looking to fill a practical need. They found Shoes That Fit and decided it was a good match.
They helped kids at Jamison Center, a local foster youth organization. Terrie Martinez, director of Jamison Center, shared: “We cannot thank you enough for blessing our children with these new items. We provide the basic essentials for each child we care for, including food, clothing, shelter, education, health care, and recreational activities. It is with generous donations like yours that we are able to meet the needs of our children and always give them that little something extra.”
Thank you, BPS for giving shoes and hope to foster children in your community!
