For the second year in a row, the LA Galaxy II helped 100 kids at Catskill Elementary School in Carson, CA get new shoes for school.
“The LA Galaxy Foundation takes pride in improving the city in which we live and work and that's why Shoes That Fit is a great partnership,” says Lauren Nowinski, Director of Community Relations and LA Galaxy Foundation. “Together, we get to make a positive impact on the lives of kids right in our community plus, delivery day provides us an opportunity to teach them about the game we love.”
On August 30, the Galaxy II players arrived at Catskill ready to kick it with 100 lucky kids who received new shoes and were treated to a soccer clinic.
